Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Age Verification

By placing an order with Wrexham Vodka, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

  • Our couriers may operate a Challenge 25 policy.

  • Valid photo ID may be required upon delivery.

  • Orders cannot be left with neighbours or in a safe place if age verification is required.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.
